Court Watch NOLA is a volunteer based organization, employing only one full time employee.

Janet Ahern is Court Watch NOLA’s Executive Director.  Janet has over 23 years of legal experience.  A 1986 graduate of Loyola University College of Law, Janet began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in Orleans Parish, with Harry Connick until 1991.   Since that time, she has worked in a variety of legal environments, including maintaining her own law practice since 2001.  Beginning in January 2010, Janet has brought this diverse experience with her to manage the needs of Court Watch NOLA.
