Executive Director Simone Levine
Court Watch NOLA hired a new executive director in August 2015. Simone Levine is a lawyer who has served as both a prosecutor and a public defender before coming to Court Watch NOLA. She came to Court Watch NOLA right after serving as the Deputy Police Monitor of New Orleans in the Office of the Independent Police Monitor. Program Director Veronica Bard
Veronica Bard is a lawyer who has worked and volunteered in prosecutorial, defense, and nonprofit offices before joining Court Watch NOLA in September of 2015. Volunteer Coordinator Trezell Ragas
Court Watch NOLA hired a new volunteer coordinator in January 2017. Trezell Ragas has a background in grassroots organizing. Before coming to Court Watch NOLA, Trezell focused on election day operations, voter registration, voter turnout, trainings and GOTV strategies and logistics. As the former Director of Development for myriad clients including national advocacy organizations, Carole Berke has extensive experience in the development and execution of effective fundraising strategies for nonprofit organizations.
