Court Watch NOLA is a non-profit organization established in 2007 in an effort to promote efficiency, transparency, and accountability in New Orleans’ criminal justice system. Court Watch NOLA’s many volunteers track hundreds of felony cases, and their daily presence in the courtroom helps identify systemic problems while also sending the message that New Orleanians care about making their criminal justice system more accountable and just.
